1. Return Eligibility
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of jewelry and accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related issues such as:
(1) Change of mind or personal preferences
(2) Style, size, or color dissatisfaction
(3) Accidental purchase
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
(1) Promotional or discounted items
(2) Gift cards
(3) Free gifts or giveaway items
(4) Items returned without prior approval
2. Return Window & Process
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at service@chill-aura.com and include:
(1) Your order number
(2) Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
(3) A brief explanation of the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return shipping address via email.
Please do not send any items back to the original sender address unless specifically instructed.
3. Return Shipping Fees
(1) If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product, or damage during shipment), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Once received and inspected, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra charge.
(2) If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, changed mind, or customer error), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
❗ Important: We do not accept packages returned via C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) or any unapproved shipping methods.
4. Refunds (If Approved)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the result.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund (typically 1–2 billing cycles).
Refunds will only be made to the original payment source used for the purchase.
5. Order Cancellations (Before Shipment Only)
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the order is shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, and our standard return policy will apply.
6. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval:
(1) First check your bank or payment account.
(2) Then contact your credit card company or payment provider.
(3) If the issue persists, email us at service@chill-aura.com, and we will assist promptly.
