Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time
Processing time refers to the period before your order is shipped.
We typically take 1–3 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment.
During this time, your order undergoes quality inspection, pearl polishing, and careful packaging.
Note:
Some products may require 7–10 business days to process due to stock availability or handmade craftsmanship.
You will be notified by email if there is any delay.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States only.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours of payment at service@chill-aura.com.
Once an order is shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Shipping time is measured in business days and may vary depending on weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs clearance.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information will be available within 1–3 business days after shipment.
You can track your order via our Track Order page or the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Delays & Responsibility
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as:
(1) Weather disruptions
(2) Holiday surges
(3) Customs inspections
(4) Incorrect shipping addresses
may cause delays beyond our control.
Chill-Aura is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address submissions.

6. Shipping Fees & Customs Duties
All shipping fees are charged in USD.
We currently cover all customs duties and taxes for U.S. customers.
There will be no additional import fees charged upon delivery.

7. Order Tracking & Lost Packages
If your order tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it:
(1) Please double-check your delivery address and surroundings (e.g., mailbox, porch).
(2) Contact your local courier (e.g., USPS, UPS) for delivery details.
(3) If the issue remains unresolved, email us at service@chill-aura.com, and we’ll help investigate further.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in California.
